I wanted a recirculating pump in the bathroom which is furthest away from the hot water heater. A friend referred Cam to me after her own good experiences with him. Cam answered all of my questions about my current water heater, then about a faucet not related to this project, as well as questions about the new pump and its timer. Truly I believe Cam was honest with his assessments of my current/future needs and also the options he presented to me. He stated he did not mind if we talked business which then extended his scheduled hour for a bit, and he did not charge me for the extra few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the senior discount. Another bonus was that Cam charged me exactly what he paid for the price of the pump, without an extra shop fee/stocking fee which other contractors routinely use. His rates are more than a handyman, but his licensing assures me that he the work he does is to code, and that he understands the code. I wholeheartedly recommend Cam, and I will call him in the future including when it’s time to replace my water heater.
