“Water was leaking down through ceiling from leak in upstairs toilet. I needed a plumber fast! Called Plumbline Services and talked to ****. He walked me through the steps to shut off water to house and to toilet and to remove water from the tank. He scheduled an appointment to repair the toilet the next day. Comforted by his calm demeanor and professional manner, I was able to sleep knowing that everything would be fine until morning. He came the next day and repaired the toilet. I was so impressed with his skills and proficiency that I asked him to check another older toilet that needed some attention. He quickly repaired it and had all the tools and parts necessary. I asked him to replace the faucet and sprayer in the kitchen sink since the old set was leaking under the kitchen sink. He also replaced the old plumbing which needed some serious attention.
