“excellent plumbing and septic service. when i called, they were finishing another plumbing job and said it might take about an hour to get to my home in centennial, but the plumber arrived in around 30 minutes. after pumping the septic tank, i flushed the lines and found there was still a backup. since i did not have a cleanout for easy access to the clogged drain line, roger tried several smart options and then carefully dug a small area around the top of the tank so he could reach the pipe. he cleared the blockage, and the plumbing started draining right away. the original price was quoted at $225 if it only needed pumping. i expected a much bigger added charge for the extra drain and sewer line work, but he only added $15 for all the additional effort. that was very fair and honest. he also took time to explain what caused the clog and showed me what i can do if the issue ever comes back. i would gladly recommend this plumber to anyone needing septic pumping, drain cleaning, or help with a backed-up plumbing line.“
