Very reliable plumbing company with great customer service. Micah came out to repair my shower valve because the fixture was only putting out extremely hot water. I had just moved into the house, so I was pretty stressed when I found out the plumbing trim used an older discontinued part. He took the time to call around, track down the right replacement part, and work with my busy schedule to get the shower repaired. Now everything works like it should, the water temperature is normal again, and the shower is as good as new. Micah was friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about plumbing repairs. I highly recommend him and this plumbing company.
Miller Family Plumbing & Hvac was able to come out the same day after i had a major plumbing problem with my outdoor sprinkler line. ruben, the technician assigned to the job, was personable, friendly, very professional, and arrived quickly. My water had been shut off the night before, and the parts i bought for the repair were not the right ones. Instead of walking away, he carefully dug up the area, diagnosed the issue, and installed a shut off valve so my home's water service could be turned back on as soon as possible. After i got the correct parts, he came back right away and finished the repair. The workmanship was high quality, efficient, and reasonably priced. He explained the valve and sprinkler repair process in simple terms, checked that everything was flowing correctly, and made sure the line was working the way it should. I have heard bad stories about plumbers overcharging or doing rushed work, but that was not the case here at all. i am very pleased with the completed work. He also did an excellent cleanup job, and the area looks even better than it did before he arrived. I will definitely call again for my next plumbing issue.
provides excellent, prompt, and affordable plumbing service. they helped me with two separate plumbing problems: a leaking hot water heater that needed to be replumbed and a shower drain that had been installed the wrong way. both times, the whole process was smooth from the first phone call to the final repair. i was able to get on the schedule within two days, which was much faster than other plumbers i contacted. their hourly rates were fair, and they did not overcharge for the work. when the second repair was finished in about half an hour, ruben kindly offered to check for any other plumbing issues since the service fee covered up to the full hour. that kind of honest,...read full review
