I was initially concerned about the complexity of my pool plumbing issue, but they identified a blockage in the main line and resolved it in just over an hour without any need for major digging. They showed a clear understanding of what needed to be done and ensured everything was functioning correctly before leaving.
The plumber needed about an hour to clean the drain after coordinating with building management, which seemed appropriate given the complexity of our condo's system. He explained that the clog was deeper in the pipes than usual and took extra care to ensure it was fully cleared before leaving.
The plumber replaced the old water tank with a new one and took care to adjust all connections properly, ensuring everything was securely in place by the time he left. He also explained how to maintain it, which I appreciated as this wasn't covered during past services.
