So glad I followed my neighbor’s recommendation with them when I needed to replace both my furnance and AC. I received many quotes and they were more knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on something more than my house needed. I got the best quality and cheapest quote saving me thousands of dollars.

2023 update - New furnace installSince I was so pleased with the AC installed in 2018 and this year I needed a new furnace, I called Front Range Mechanical for a quote. I made an appointment for a Thursday for someone to do the required review of my home to decide which furnace suits my house.. Quote reasonable for a high end energy efficient furnace. The furnace was installed the following Tuesday, took only a few hours, even with the crawl space location. If pay by check, rather than credit card, the credit card fee that would have been paid is deducted from the total. We recently had FRMS replace the furnace and install AC into a home we purchased. We got quotes from about 7 different companies and contractors in the area, and FRMS was by far the highest quality experience from end to end. Steve (the owner) showed up with documents and specific research about my house. He spent the time to walk me through what his recommendation was, why he was recommending it, and the engineering considerations he weighed when making the decision.
