Andy and Abbi came highly recommended to us from close friends in which they captured stunning photos of their engagement and wedding. We were thrilled to find out they would travel to a small town in Baja California for our destination wedding. We had a multi site shoot spanning 2 days that they executed flawlessly.
It was important to us that they captured not only the quintessential wedding moments but also our ridiculous antics. For example using my husband as a surfboard at the beach shoot and cannon balling into a pool to kick off the after after party. Vibe check passed! The connection and ease we found with Andy and Abbi shows through in the final product.
On a practical note, they were communicative and punctual through the entire process. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated and put us at ease during our special day.
We started the day with photos at Serendipity a boutique hotel we stayed out during the wedding weekend. Followed by our wedding and reception held at Rancho Corazon an amazing space nestled in a palm grove. They utilized the entire space from the pool, palm grove, vintage car, and reception space perfectly. Last location was sunset on the beach the following day. They captured every wonderful moment everywhere we were and also so fun to be around!
I can’t express how amazing our photos turned out and how they bring a smile to our faces every time we look at them. Andy and Abbi are true masters of their craft! We will treasure these photos forever!

Deb, the owner of this salon, is all about customer service. Due to an injury to my hand I have been unable to wash my hair. I called Deb to see if she could fit me in for just a wash. This was my first time in her salon. She said she could fit me in that afternoon. I had no idea how popular her business was until I asked to make another appointment for a haircut. Turns out she is not taking any new customers but she was willing to put me on a waiting list. She did a great job washing my hair and used products that brought the shine back. Then she blew out my hair beautifully so I wasn't walking around with wet hair. I bought the products that made my hair feel so good. She didn't have to accommodate me but she did. I hope I get to be a regular customer of hers in the future. Great customer service is tricky to find these days and she has it in spades !

I love this Shop! Gilbert is legit. My son has been coming here since elementary. Last time I couldn't get an appointment and made the mistake of taking him to a walk in place in Durango. They messed his cut up, REALLY bad. Chill Spot fixed us the next week but we had to cut a lot of length off and he was trying to grow braids.
*Side note NEVER go to Bucks if you have ethnic hair. My son is Black, Mexican and Native with 2C thick/course hair. They butchered it. It took Chill Spot an hour to fix.

I walked in expecting just a trim, but my stylist (I am terrible at remembering names) was kind enough to do a little bit of layering and talked me through more thorough upkeep and maintenance to bring out my waves and curls. 10/10

One of the things that really impresses me is how well they hold up - they never fall out unevenly, which is a game-changer for me. Katie is an absolute pro ,responsive, and always gets back to me quickly. The studio is quiet and relaxing, and she takes such great care of my lashes.

I can't even sing high enough praises about this company! I work in Durango but my home is in Bloomfield. I received a call in the afternoon that an under ground water line had broke because the ground was wet. I called and within minutes a man named Tyler called so nice super helpful said he would be over to look at it. My husband is in a wheelchair so he couldn't make it out to the spot so they kept in contact with me via text and phone . After assessment Tyler said the office could call and get me scheduled for maybe tomorrow or Monday depending on schedule. By 3pm Alec called asked if he could just fix it today which almost knocked me over because the City of Bloomfield is closed on Fridays so I was prepared to be without water for at least 3 days. Alec called at 3pm the problem was dug up fixed and water back on by 530pm. I arrived home at 6pm not even knowing there was an issue because they moved so fast and the customer service from everyone there was next level. Just next level. Thankful to Alec for the express in his step so that we didn't have to be without water for days , we have had a rough week and this was the last thing we needed so I thought....turns out it is exactly what we needed because of this positive experience it really changed my entire perspective. Highly recommend again and again and again ?

I can’t say enough good things about Paul and Dylan at Paramount. After my water heater broke, I first called another plumbing company in town, only to have them try to take advantage of the situation with outrageous pricing. Frustrated and feeling stuck (and taking ice cold showers), I reached out to Paul and I’m so glad I did!
From the start, Paul was honest, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. He installed a tankless propane water heater for me, which has been an absolute game-changer! He and Dylan showed up on time, worked efficiently, and their attention to detail was top-notch. Well I've tried to call several times, left phone messages, sent an email, but nobody answers the phone, answers messages, or responds to emails so I'm not impressed, guess I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame since they're listed address is just a few blocks away.
To his credit the owner did call Monday afternoon after I had written the review and said he had left for an early morning emergency call and had just gotten back to the office. He offered to come over right away but I had already made other arrangements.
My suggestion would be that his cell phone be his business phone number because potential customers assume that business phones will be answered and have no idea what the reason is for them not being answered.
I did call three times Monday and waited till about 1:30pm before I contacted another plumber.

These guys are legit! We only had them do landscaping/xeriscaping (no fire mitigation) and they were the only company we could find that did synthetic turf. They answered the phone, showed up and stayed until the job was AMAZINGLY done. We needed the job done ASAP and Bryan/Zach gave us guidance so we could start (note they were the only reliable company we could find). So we did some of the work ourselves with their guidance and then they came in when they could and did the rest. top notch with great recommendations and execution. Cant recommend them enough.
So I had waited a long time to do any landscape work at my home, I asked around who people liked and got a variety of answers, so I called a few companies, and they came out and gave me basic quotes and information for what I was trying to do.
However, only Chad from Genesis really took the time to listen to my ideas…. and was able to piece it together with extremely helpful and creative suggestions. The level of experience that this company had completely exceeded my expectations, and I didn’t have to wait too long before they started my project. And even though it was small, I was treated well, and didn’t have to wait too long before they got started. If I had any questions, he was there every step of the way.
Bottom line is that they did a fantastic job, and were always empathetic if I wanted something changed or had questions. Super efficient company with minimal issues or delays.

Dr. Brown (and staff) is/are super friendly and professional. He always explains a procedure and answers any question prior to getting down to business. Given my old mouth and teeth, it’s great to have Dr. Blake layout a road map about fixing old issues…old fillings needing replacement, necessary crown(s), etc. They do seem to have issues with getting a detailed, or even semi-detailed, receipt of the work done. I’m doing self-pay so maybe that’s the issue, i.e. no insurance company demanding details. All in all, it’s been a great experience switching to Dr. Blake.
By far, the best dental experience I've ever had!! Dr. Rothchild and his team are extremely thorough and caring. They tested things I've never had tested -- like my breathing, the pH of my saliva, and my favorite of all: they tested what microorganisms are in my mouth!! I got to see what Catalina was seeing under the microscope as it was displayed on the tv screen above me.
Absolutely fascinating and I've learned so much more in-depth information about oral health and how it connects to my overall health, including my brain health! I also had the most thorough cleaning I've ever had and feel much more confident about what's going on in my mouth and what I need to be aware of. They also carry holistic/organic/healthy products which I love!

Was traveling through Durango on vacation and had a crown come off during dinner. I search for dentist near me and noticed Dr. Clark on Google with years of nothing but 5 star reviews. I called first thing in the morning, they quickly got me in and out. Dr. Clark and staff saw to my needs and are fantastic. They will put you at ease and make you feel like you are their only patient.
If you are in the area and need dental services, I can't more highly recommend them.

The entire staff at Durango Dental is amazing! Dr.Belt is an incredibly skilled, patient, thorough dentist who takes the time to explain his procedures, gets to know his patients, and has a welcome sense of humor and a great “bedside” manner. His super staff and hygienists, including Chelsea, Antoinette, Sarah, Hayley, and Abraham are kind, considerate, efficient, and highly-skilled as well. I am one of those (apparently all-too-common) patients who have avoided dental care for many years due to unfounded fears. The staff at Durango Dental never makes a patient feel self-conscious about such behavior…they are not judgmental, merely attentive and welcoming. Good holistic dentist, kind, respectful, relaxed atmosphere. Dr Streitzel is genuinely caring and considerate, very knowledgeable about many details that most dentists do not share, and takes the time to explain and listen to my concerns. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is it is hard to get in touch with them during the limited time they are open, and mainly because there is a lack of follow through whenever I've left messages or email. This has happened at least a few times since I started coming in 2020. Recently I called a day after my visit, requesting a treatment plan and filling materials used. No response after one week. I called again and there was no acknowledgment when I mention this. One unfriendly person answering the phone can make a big difference. The same has happened when I've requested info by email. This has caused me to consider going elsewhere. A courteous, kind and professional front office person is equally as important as a good dentist. All the other staff are wonderful.
I truly hope my first experience with Dr. Holland continues to be as good over the years. I went here when I needed urgent dental care after faulty dental work at San Juan Smiles. Dr. Holland and the staff were so welcoming and professional. The best part is that Dr. Holland replaced a filling on my tooth after my last dentist refused to do anything but give me a crown. More dentists need to be responsive to their patients instead of recommending unnecessary dental work for the high dollar payout.
Staff was friendly and competent. Doctor was very smart and I felt super comfortable. Nice and clean office. I had not been to the dentist in awhile and they made it so easy to get back into a schedule for a healthier smile.
Dr Tim is the best! He has been a miracle worker . From a car accident injury to every day back aches, Dr Tim has helped me with my back and neck issues. He takes a hollistic approach and gets to the root of the issue. I can’t recommend him enough.
Dr. Iris is a delight. She is gentle and patient; it is clear she really cares about your animals. Her care is thorough, both in-office and in the home care strategies she provides. I am so happy to have her here to keep my pets healthy and happy!

He is very skilled and knowledgeable and a good mid range as far as pressure for Adjustments. He is the first chiropractor that I have been able to relax to get adjustments. He is super friendly and so is his receptionist. Both my husband and I really have enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend him!
I went to Dr. Hope to assist me with an alignment issue and neck pain. Over several sessions, she assisted me in a number of ways. She gave me exercises to improve my posture, which has worked and I continue to do the exercises. Also, she did energy work and an alignment on my neck and back that resulted in an energy release and greatly reduced neck pain. I would have returned to her for additional healing except she was leaving for 4-6 weeks to take care of family matters.
My experience with Durango Spine and Sport has been perhaps the best experience I've had in the medical industry in ages, and I want all of southwest Colorado to know that if you are looking for a chiropractor, massage therapist, etc, this is the place to go. I had really painful, sudden onset neck pain that was borderline debilitating; Durango Spine and Sport got me scheduled with Dr. Nathan an hour after I had contacted them about my situation, and Dr. Nathan helped alleviate my pain almost immediately. Dr. Nathan is incredibly knowledgable and trustworthy- I was met with so much kindness and professionalism from every staff member I interacted with. Thank you so much, everyone!!!
Since the first time I walked in to the last time I cancelled, had an injury and called them on a Monday, they've done such an excellent job. Every time I walk in the door I'm greeted like I've been going there for years. Definitely recommend walk in chiropractor not only because he does great work but partly because they have openings throughout the morning to walk in and get adjusted. I can recall only ever being in there for 45 min max.
Dr. Lodhal and her assistants are the BEST! The give great, professional and empathetic veterinary care. They have cared for my salukis for many years!
The entire staff was super friendly. Very thoughtful to my new puppy, always making sure he was comfortable. Dr. Marshall took his time and answered all my (obsessive) questions very throughly. Worth the drive from Dunton, CO.
I love this vet for my cats! All of the staff are super helpful, especially Erika. My cats love that they can roam around the exam rooms. The room with all of the plants is amazing! The vet did her exams with them on the floor to make them more comfortable, and even had some catnip from her garden. They are also very efficient.

We were from out of town and passing through Durango on our way from Oregon back to Pittsburgh, PA. As we were walking through town after hiking, Rosco started drinking water from a bowl outside of one of the gift shops. He started drinking way too fast but by the time we pulled him away from the bowl it was too late. A couple minutes later he started showing symptoms of bloat. He was trying to vomit and nothing was coming out. He then got in a hunched over posture and looked “bloated”. We immediately drove over to Riverview Animal Hospital as it seemed like the highest ranked vet in the area off of my quick google search. I am so thankful we chose to come here. They were QUICK. Once was expressed our concern for his stomach flipping, they took him back for an X-ray IMMEDIATELY!! I knew the news was bad when Dr. Amy came out a few moments later and told us we needed the surgery now or that he would not make it. Not only were they great with Rosco but they were great with us as well. By the time we got that news we were emotionally pretty unwell. The surgery took a few hours and Rosco came out alive and well. Nearly 3 weeks later I’m writing this review. Rosco is 100% back to his normal energy filled self. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone here!! Dr. Amy is incredible and you can tell she is compassionate about what she does.

Karlene is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When western medicine fails to treat the source of an issue in dogs or horses, holistic medicine approaches the problem in totality, not simply treating the symptoms. I highly recommend Karlene and her practice!

I am so happy I found this studio. They have a nice variety of classes from restorative to hatha to vinyasa. All of the instructors are unique and focused on meeting my needs. I love Brady's restorative class which often incorporates sound healing.
Really enjoyed Garretts Power Vinyasa class. The class was maybe 2/3 full but it felt there was enough space to move around for each pose. The studio was good vibes. Would recommend.
K-Lea is a true gem of a teacher. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. The degree to which she is able to speak to such subtle patterns in the body is incredibly profound. In explaining things she is SO THOROUGH and thoughtful, insightful, and sensitive. The things she has taught me are transforming my practice. Small things with big effects, like how to properly move, bend, and extend my knee in various poses. Or how to use props to make certain poses accessible, balanced, restorative, and effective. I just absolutely adore her and am so grateful to know her and look forward to practicing with her more ??????

Love this place. Was hesitant to do Pilates for the first time. But Amiee made it very easy to enjoy. Super knowledgeable and super sweet. The experience gave me the courage to join a class. Have not done a class yet, but will soon. Highly recommend.
Visiting friends in Durango. Between MTN bike rides, Massage intervention was recommended by SetForth.com for muscle rehab. They accommodated time constraints and 2 for 90 min was the perfect rest days activity. Rachel and Victor were exceptional. I'll be back!

I scheduled a spray tan with Jen, she came highly recommended from several people. I had to cancel due to time constraints. She not only was very sweet about it, she offered to meet me on her day off! I’ve had massage with her as well and she is wonderful. I too, am a massage therapist and I can recommend her for that work as well. Always loved the hot stones. :)
Neva is an amazing massage therapist very skilled and very intuitive! She is so very attuned to what my body needs. I have some pretty chronic neck problems that Neva is always able to work out. She has created such an inviting calm space.
I am also taking Pilates classes from her which I have benefitted from immensely.
The free parking is also a bonus!
Anahit’s work completely transformed my perspective of my reality and my truth. I had experienced a lifetime of personal people-pleasing in all of my relationships and learned through deep healing of past traumas how to reclaim my masculinity and actually shape and define a life I actually want to live. Us as humans have so little guidance when it comes to the transition periods in our lives, and without her coaching, I would still be lost in how to define and retake joy, happiness, and calm with myself.
