Jen at Studio Soma is an amazing Gyrotonics instructor. Every class is so different and beneficial. She ensures to ask what is going on with our bodies and tailors sessions to our specific needs. I love that Gyro feels wonderful while doing it, helps my body move better in my every day life, and is always so much fun! We are lucky to have an instructor like Jen in Durango.
Studio Soma is an amazing resource for Durango. You will leave feeling refreshed and resilient. Instructors Katie and Jen are not only extremely talented and grounding, but are professional dancers whose knowledge of the body is evident in their energy and their guidance. Also check out Gyrotonic- it is an amazing movement form, like 3-D Pilates, super organic and fun!
