I called to see if they could squeeze me in last minute for a cut and style, thankfully Thera was able to before they closed! I was nervous at first since this was my first time at Shampoo Salon and I’m very impressed. I wasn’t sure how to word out what I wanted but Thera gave me the style I had envisioned in my head, a mind reader! I told her a little information about it where I’m from and added she added a southern touch to my hair which I completely love. Thank you so much Thera!
I'm absolutely obsessed with my eyelashes! I love how natural and full they look. One of the things that really impresses me is how well they hold up - they never fall out unevenly, which is a game-changer for me. Katie is an absolute pro ,responsive, and always gets back to me quickly. The studio is quiet and relaxing, and she takes such great care of my lashes.
I contacted Shampoo and Regina scheduled my appointment for color and cut with Thera. I cannot thank her enough!! The results were outstanding. Thera is attentive, listens to what you want and delivers. I will absolutely be back on my next trip to Durango..The salon is adorable and the experience was so much more than I ever expected!!!
