Yen, the owner of Luxury Nail Spa, and her fantastic staff, keep the positive energy flowing, while balancing day-of appointments, and walk-in services. As one of the only places in town that take walk-ins, I have always been impressed with how she handles customer service, with professionalism and grace.
I am Obsessed with the 5D Unicorn Cateye gel Yen uses to keep my fingers and toes happy! Love love love the hard gel manicures, and I get tons of compliments on gel that lasts four weeks!

I’m not sure that this place deserves all of the negative reviews. I dropped by for a gel pedicure today and was welcomed right in. The staff was friendly and the lady who did my pedicure did a great job. She was very thorough and I left super pleased!

I’ve been coming here for about eight years. However, the way that the last nail tech spoke to my mother was so appalling that i will not go back. I use to recommend this place so much but now I’m just embarrassed.

He kept asking my mom if she was hungry and laughing. Insinuating she was fat and kept telling her that “her fingers smell like sushi”. I had to keep my cool. On top of that rudeness. The gel pedi and mani were terrible. Not worth the 200 we spend every time we come in.
