i've been getting massages for decades, usually deep tissue. alexander is one of the best. i've had a shoulder impingement for over a year and i was convinced it was my rotator cuff. i also assumed surgery was the logical next step. but with alexander's great work and incorporating more weights in my workouts, my shoulder is back to 90%. really surprising results.

THE BEST! Alexander is amazing beyond words. As someone with chronic pain, tension, trigger points through my neck and shoulders I can’t even begin to find words that adequately express my gratitude for Alex’s work.I need someone willing to dig into my muscles and he gets the job done.
