Jessie was amazing! He went out of his way to explain everything and gave us tips on features we can use on our LG washing machine and dryer. He was very personable and we’d certainly request him again!

Andres was very polite. He worked diligently and efficiently leaving a clean area. I had him install two faucets plus he had cleaned and flushed my tankless. I would ask for Andres Olguin at Carter Services again! Five Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kent with Carter service saved me thousands! I had foolishly lcalled another sub zero repair company to come fixed my sub zero the kid said it couldn't be fixed- so I went shopping for a new built in sub zero.... 10,000. 00 !! So my sister said get a second opinion on my broken Sub zero. I called Carter service...Kent with Carter service came out in one day. Saw the problem...FIXED the problem... total cost 225.00! Plus he saw that my hand was broken and in a sling and he tightened the loose screw in my kitchen counter stools!! Thank You Kent and Thank You Carter service! Nancee
