“The windows are great and I love them. Quality product. Working with the sales team was the most challenging part of the whole thing. They wouldn’t call back and I had to escalate issues and was then disappointed with the managers handling of the issue. Part of my order was covered by insurance and some windows I paid for. I had to submit an itemized receipt to my insurance and they wouldn’t give it to me. They made it very difficult. The installers were also awesome. Overall pleased but not having good managers who can get involved and actually help was super annoying.“
