“Kape installed a new roof for me in 2016. More recently (July 2026), they helped me troubleshoot a ceiling leak that was ultimately determined to be from a loose joint in my AC return. Tom Steliga was incredibly helpful! Over 3 separate occasions in one week, he stopped by, evaluated what was going on, caulked some loose shingles, and screwed down some flashing. On his 3rd visit, the AC return leak declared itself. Tom was kind enough to take pics and video of the issue to help my AC team and to place a bucket under the leak to prevent further damage to my ceiling until the return could be repaired.
