Clay and John responded in a timely fashion to check out our need for repair to the roof, manifesting as a leak in the kitchen ceiling. They checked out the roof overall, and stated that the most likely problem was the flashing around the chimney. Later they had their crew lead, Geraldo, come out and do a more detailed investigation. He agreed the problem was the flashing and described in detail what was needed to fix it. After receiving a quick estimate from John that we authorized, Geraldo got on the job.We highly recommend Mountaintop Roofing. It is difficult to find roofers who will do repair only. My family received a referral for Mountaintop Roofing from our home insurance company, and we feel lucky to have gotten to work with them. The insurance company moved slower than expected on our claim, and Mountaintop kept on top of everything, communicating with my family and the insurance agent throughout the process, and ultimately shepherding our claim to full approval. The roof replacement work was fast (done in one day!), the team was professional, and we are so happy to have this important work taken care of so our home can be safe and comfortable.
