Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors

Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors provides residential and commercial roofing, storm damage repairs, and exterior remodeling services to clients in Denver and the surrounding metro area. The company has been serving Colorado homeowners and business owners since 2002 and backs all replacement and repair work with a minimum 10-year workmanship warranty. The staff includes former insurance adjusters to help clients navigate storm or hail damage claims. Services include full roof replacements, minor shingle or tile repairs, gutters, siding, and painting. Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors is an A+ BBB rated, Team Dave Logan preferred contractor with over 1,000 five-star reviews. Customers report reasonable prices that came in lower than other quotes and estimates. Inspectors encouraged customers to come up on the roof and discuss the situation, and customers got the impression the inspectors were more knowledgeable than other roof inspectors. Scheduling hiccups due to circumstances outside anyone's control occurred, but once work started, the whole roof was completed in one day as expected, with fascia work done in two phases bracketing the roof installation. The work looks good, and the warranty provides peace of mind. The company is punctual and does exactly what they say they will do.
