“I wanted some nicer glasses and decided to try Urban Eyes on 29th. The glasses I had prior, didn't really fit my face well, in my opinion.
I was looking online a bit and thought the Cutler and Goss were very cool looking, but you never know until you try them on.

“Absolutely brilliant experience from the moment I scheduled until the moment I walked out of there! They were very communicative before my appointment, the man who answered the phone was patience, kind and helpful. When I arrived I believe it was the same man, and he was equally as nice and helpful in person. The tech who did all the tests/images on my eyes was kind and helpful as well! He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it in a way I could understand. He made sure all of my worries or concerns were addressed as well. The doctor, Megan Callahan, was probably the kindest doctor I’ve met in my life. She really cares about her patients! She also explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood my eye health and that I didn’t walk out of the exam room with any questions unanswered. I had a case where I was given a wrong script by a big chain office upon moving to Denver, and it was causing me great head and eye pain. She was able to show me the difference between my original script, the wrong one, and my new correct one. And WOW! I am so glad she showed me as it really gave me a better understanding and so much peace of mind. Then I was taken out to try on some frames (they offered to put lenses in the ones I already had and did NOT pressure me at all to purchase anything extra from them) but I found some I love and they did a great bundle with the frames and lenses. All in all I had the best experience I could have hoped to have today! I will be a lifelong patient at this office. Lastly, this office is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is lovely, comforting and still professional. It was spotless clean! The room you pick out glasses in was so comfy and organized. If I could give 100 star rating I would!!“

“Absolutely amazing! I got glasses in my home town in Wyoming. Nobody here is able to adjust and or adjust correctly. We were on a vacation trip in Colorado and we had to stop by Target to get a few things. While there we saw the optical. I went in and the gentleman that was there was very helpful and started to help me get my nose pieces changed out. He was having a little difficulty but he was amazing. He went and got the manager. She was fantastic she was able to fix my glasses and get them set to where they now sit currently and I'm not sick from wearing them. I will absolutely go back the next time we are down that way.“

“Dr. Sumner and his team are amazing! I require medically necessary scleral contacts due to corneal damage and Severe dry eyes. He is the first Doctor to fit me into the correct size and shape without pain and swelling. I have been wearing them since 2013 and he is the best Doctor for prescribing scleral lenses. He will keep trying until he has the perfect fit for you. Most eye doctors are not trained or skilled enough to fit scleral lenses and will not provide them. He was recommended by my medical corneal specialist M.D. I drive an hour each way to see him and he is worth it.“
