Dr. Le is great! She is so knowledgeable and always walks me through what she’s doing and testing. Also, I had an after hours eye emergency and she was able to assist me immediately. I am very grateful.
UPDATE: JiaJie at the front desk is amazing! He took initiative and ownership of the billing issue, even though it wasn’t his direct responsibility to fix. His communication and regular updates were so appreciated and he saw this issue through to the end. That kind of customer service is rare these days and I’m beyond impressed. With his leadership and follow-through on this, the billing issue is FINALLY resolved! Thanks JiaJie!! Adding back lord of stars!!I’m beyond frustrated with this place. Absolutely love the staff at this location. Their customer service is always top tier. They always go above and beyond to take the time to help me and answer any and all questions I have (which is usually a lot.) I never leave reviews but had to shout out how nice these visits are.
