“Thank you to Michelle and Liz for making sure I got a great new pair of glasses! This was my first time buying glasses and I had a great experience. When they arrived they adjusted all the pairs for me for free and made sure I was happy with the fit. I really appreciated the kind, friendly and quick service! Delivery once you order them does take a little bit -like two weeks but thats pretty standard. They also replaced a scratched lens for me. There is a fee but not as much as replacing the full pair of glasses. Definitely where I come for all my glasses needs :)“

“I’m an optical manager that recently acquired an independent optical in Colorado. After 8 months with them, I have been very pleased with their communication, patience (I have one brand new optician), and friendliness. Small crew, but hard working and knowledgable. Very few issues, and the ones we have encountered have been minor. Their current lab rep is Bob, and he has visited the office many times and has done numerous one on one trainings with the staff. Their lab manager, Christoph, is very efficient and great with follow thru. He’s honest, and straight forward, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend them!“
