“Justin was INCREDIBLE! He asked me what i wanted, but found me Exactly what i NEEDED. He hyped me up along the way, let me try on as many glasses as possible. The lady at the front doesnt have mannors but ig thats how it is when you get old. idk? id be the same way lol. Exceptionally personable and even took extra time to teach me a few things about the eyes. I didnt feel rushed one bit the entire time i was there, and also did not feel forgotten about, which is an incredible balance to maintain.. It can be hard to reach the office when its busy . but its not always busy.. if you miss an appointment, its not like you get banned from returning lol , they give grace and kindness. Ive been comming here since i was 16 and will probably never go anywhere else.!!“

“I’ve tried expensive and cheap places and I got the worst eye exam with wrong prescription at Lenscrafter. I went back and a different Dr. corrected the prescription after a second exam but that should never have been necessary. Walmart is inexpensive and I like the Dr, she has been there forever and my prescriptions are always right. In addition, you can purchase additional warranty on frames which is so worth it and I have used that many times. Costco does not warranty frames at all.“
