I order glasses a couple weeks ago only to find out I accidentally gave them the wrong prescription. No questions asked the submitted a new request for the correct Rx, expedited, no additional cost. I’m very impressed by WP’s customer service today.

The sales associates were very kind, helpful, and offered just the right amount of guidance until we were ready for their full attention. Also, the store was clean and welcoming. This was the best experience in my 15 years of buying prescription glasses. Oh, and the prices are amazing so I bought two pair.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Long story, but I'm from out of town and decided to try to find new prescription glasses while I'd have a vast selection in the city. I went to Pearle, Lenscrafters, and 4 other stores. NONE of them compare to the level of service and personalization you get from Arec at Warby Parker.I felt terrible. I hit bad traffic and arrived 10 minutes before close (supposed to be there an hour before, unfortunately). I was the most welcomed at any store I've ever been to arriving minutes before they close....when does that happen?
