Went to Warby Parker because Lenscrafters was way too expensive just for lenses. I got lenses + frames (sunglasses too) for much less. Selection was impressive.Technician who helped me was friendly and very helpful. I will most likely go back next time I need new glasses.

Very helpful and friendly team. They all helped me to choose my frames (actually Jason found them) and worked patiently together to unravel exactly what my vision insurance would cover.

I visited the store on a Sunday and Jax was very helpful in finding frames I liked. I left without purchasing but returned on Tuesday with my prescription. Jax remembered me and the exact frames I liked. Because of Jax's helpfulness and friendliness I bought both frames I loved. I spent the same amount I had spent at other chain eye retailers and got better service with a better product. The store is beautiful and organized and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
