“The City Glass overall experience was mostly great. We had them come out to replace several window panes in windows that had broken seals. The measurement guy took accurate measurements that made it easy on the installers, and the installers were courteous, quick, and professional. The only downside was the office/admin side. Despite the number of times we asked them to call me, they continued to call my wife with any questions or updates, and just failed to communicate proactively on a few occasions. I'd happily use them again, but just would be aware that communication is my job to intiate.“

We had Krueger Brothers remove an old original deck on the front of the house and design and rebuild with Timber Tech. This was a big job. We enjoyed our planning and consultation with Matt Krueger who worked with us virtually since we had work out of town. Thank you for taking the time to do that, Matt. Project Manager Josh was excellent and very easy to communicate with. This is someone who truly takes pride in the work being done and is a skilled professional who ensured a high quality final outcome. Josh miraculously found some of our original siding which doesn’t exist anymore to finish an exposed portion under the deck. Again, going above and beyond to make this beautiful. Josh, we really appreciate you. There were a few surprises when ripping out the old deck and new building codes that were easily addressed and solved by this team. James, Erin, Cande and Brian were all friendly and professional and worked diligently on this project. They are very good at what they do and care about the finished product. We did not set any time limits on this project, we just wanted it done right. Krueger Brothers did it right and with a great deal of integrity and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent contractor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We are almost finished with a large project with Xponents Restoration & Retrofits, and I couldn't say enough good things about the way they work with customers, how the project is proceeding and the excellent quality. We had several projects that needed to be accomplished and coordinated (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, drywall, insulation, exterior house paint, and some interior painting) . They coordinated all of these efforts beautifully, coming by regularly to check on the work and answering the phone in a jif when we had questions. Wonderful service and an almost finished projectt!“

Vicki was clear with times and was happy to answer any questions. Not only that she followed through so I knew I could expect things would happen when and how she said. It took time for our window to come in and Vicki was clear with the wait time and I felt so happy that I could trust what she was saying.

When the window came in Mitch showed up at the scheduled time and expertly installed the window with no issues and the whole process felt very smooth. He did a great job and was courteous working around my small kids and dog. There have been no issues with the new window and I'm thrilled it looks as good as it does. We will likely replace our other windows with the more energy-efficient version through The Window Store in the future!“

One day I woke up to find that the Sun had a personal vendetta against me and absolutely *attacked* my bathroom window—shattered it for no reason like we had unresolved beef. No storm, no Rocks, no Baseballs or Golfballs…. Just pure aggression. The motive is still under investigation.

“We used Dutch's to replace our window's 8 years ago and they are still working as promised. When we decided it was time for new exterior doors for our house we went with Dutch's and are so happy we did. Tom did a great job sitting down with us and asking a lot of questions to make sure we got the doors that we wanted. He knows his stuff and he was able to answer all our questions. The process is very simple and what's nice is they measure twice before ordering the doors. The owner also called us to make sure everything was set up. Just got the doors installed and could not be happier. Great service, nice friendly employees and outstanding quality. I had a small paint job for the front part of my house, and they only needed one painter, Darwin, to complete the job.
