When we decided it was time for new exterior doors for our house we went with Dutch's and are so happy we did. The process is very simple and what's nice is they measure twice before ordering the doors. The owner also called us to make sure everything was set up. “Pella came out to do some repairs on some older version Windows and doors. First technician fixed everything except for one window where he needed parts that were likely to not be found due to the age.. he was going to look for the parts and the office was to follow up. . I had not heard from them in couple weeks when suddenly they called me back, indicating the technician was no longer with the company and they would like to come back out to follow up on that last window and take care of me. They sent out a new technician named Hans, and he absolutely was phenomenal. Understood his trade, found the part needed for the older window, and got it resolved quickly. They did an excellent job installing everything the right way and were very professional and pleasant to boot!
