Great experience! Vicki was very helpful with window suggestions and getting a quote out quickly. Our installers, Glen and Randy, were very professional and did an excellent job putting in the new windows (24 total). We chose the Anlin windows and we love them. We opted for the "sound package" and that really makes a difference in the noise level. Highly recommend!6 Month update:Changed my rating down to 3 stars as we are still waiting for final fixes to be made (screen and hardware repair). I've tried to call the main number for an update but no one answers. I've left messages and even called the owner's (Vicki) cell phone. I keep being told that they'll get right back...read full review

Thank you for the beautiful windows. Glen and his partner, (sorry I forgot his name Randy maybe)? Anyway these guys are professional and they worked hard and as fast as they could to close up the openings. It was sunny but still a chilly day. They were neat and tidy, and cleaned all the areas and took away the old windows. These guys are top notched and did a wonderful job installing those old aluminum bow windows, and patio slider door.
