I had Michael come out to do give me an estimate on my windows and screens. He was the ultimate professional. What an incredibly kind and thorough gentleman. He went above and beyond to look at a problem window that I had and took it apart to really inspect it. He fixed a minor issue right there on the spot. He was respectful of my home and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. I'm really looking forward to working with him. After dealing with a few contractors recently with the storm damage, Michael was a breath of fresh air.

I had spent several thousand dollars on windows for my house. The place I had gotten them from even sent me a letter signed by the company president saying the windows were under warranty, thanks for my business, blah, blah, blah. All lies. All they did was dodge my calls and emails. I tried another glass company my friend had recommended but they didn't want my money either, same thing: dodging calls and emails.Driving around town one day, I saw a Ken Carl Glass truck. I called the number and the receptionist made it easy from there. Now, my window is better than new. Thankfully, Ken Carl Glass isn't one of those other pathetic, "we don't want your money" glass companies.

We use Ken Caryl Glass for many of our large construction jobs as well as our main office and have found the Ken Caryl team to always be kind, professional, and great at solving some complex issues when it comes to certain projects. We will continue to use them going forward because they have proven over and over again that they're the team to use!
