“Derrick was awesome to work with from start to finish. I had several contractors bid on my roof repairs and I knew that Derrick was the right guy for me.
I explained to him that I had a terrible roof insurance policy and that my insurance agent did not explain to me the lack of coverage that I had.
Derrick was thoughtful and upset about my situation, he inspected my roof and informed me with great detail what needed to be done and I could tell immediately that he was very detailed and thorough.
Due to my insurance situation, Derrick gave me the lowest estimate to replace my roof and make all the necessary repairs. He gave me a very fair price quote to replace my roof without going through the insurance company as a second option as well. He was far lower than the other 3 contractors so I was a bit skeptical.
I made the claim with my insurance company and Derrick handled everything from then on. My first payment offer from the insurance company was extremely low and Derrick followed up with many more photos and corresponded with the insurance company on many different occasions and never gave up with what the should be covering within my policy.
I then proceeded to have Derrick replace my roof and gutters. I was very impressed with that process. I was at work and Derrick contacted me several times during that day with photos of issues with the previous installation that was incorrect. He gave me several options to make the correct repairs at a very fair rate and I was so impressed with his crew and the quality of work they did. They were very thorough, with attention to detail and getting the job done correctly. They laid plastic down everywhere and even hung a screen up in front of the trailer to prevent any of the tear off material from hitting my house. They cleaned everything up and didn’t leave a single nail laying in my yard.
After the work was completed and Derrick had submitted all the new photos, the insurance company made me a much better, fair offer. Derrick noticed they still missed some items that he submitted and contacted them to point out their mistakes.

“We used Dutch's to replace our window's 8 years ago and they are still working as promised. When we decided it was time for new exterior doors for our house we went with Dutch's and are so happy we did. Tom did a great job sitting down with us and asking a lot of questions to make sure we got the doors that we wanted. He knows his stuff and he was able to answer all our questions. The process is very simple and what's nice is they measure twice before ordering the doors. The owner also called us to make sure everything was set up. Just got the doors installed and could not be happier. Great service, nice friendly employees and outstanding quality. Not the cheapest but much better than just getting doors from you local hardware store.“

We had Krueger Brothers remove an old original deck on the front of the house and design and rebuild with Timber Tech. This was a big job. We enjoyed our planning and consultation with Matt Krueger who worked with us virtually since we had work out of town. Thank you for taking the time to do that, Matt. Project Manager Josh was excellent and very easy to communicate with. This is someone who truly takes pride in the work being done and is a skilled professional who ensured a high quality final outcome. Josh miraculously found some of our original siding which doesn’t exist anymore to finish an exposed portion under the deck. Again, going above and beyond to make this beautiful. Josh, we really appreciate you. There were a few surprises when ripping out the old deck and new building codes that were easily addressed and solved by this team. James, Erin, Cande and Brian were all friendly and professional and worked diligently on this project. They are very good at what they do and care about the finished product. We did not set any time limits on this project, we just wanted it done right.
