Blindsource, LLC offers a wide range of custom-made window coverings. Their staff is attentive, kind, and respectful, ensuring a pleasant experience. They offer free in-home design consultations and a showroom to explore the latest products. Blindsource stands out for its exceptional customer service, providing helpful advice and troubleshooting assistance. Their products come with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. The owner, Scott, and his son Mitchell are stellar to work with, respectful, knowledgeable, and maintained excellent communication. Scott went above and beyond to give a great deal for being a veteran, and added on another discount. They replaced a damaged blind at no cost quickly. They were quick to respond and move orders along. Scott and Mitchell came out to measure, advised on choices, and returned to install the blinds. Suzanne was on top of the administrative side. They provide a superior product at a competitive price.
I cannot say enough positive things about Blindsource and the Draper family that runs the business. Working with them has been a joy each time. Time and time again, we’ve run to them with any window covering needs we have.
We recommend to all our friends, family, and clients because they are super reliable and the quality of work is simply matchless. And, we always know they’re just a phone call away if we have any issues or concerns.
I am so pleased with my new blackout shades! Scott and Mitchell definitely know the ins and outs of window coverings. They can meld what you are trying to achieve with the space you have to work with and suggest just the right products. Installation was smooth, and they even offered some helpful tips for using my shades to the fullest.
Great experience!
Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable, patience and very pleasant. What a service and we had our military discount with the advertisement discount. You name it Blindsource got it. I will definitely call them again when I need blinds or refer them to my friends 🧡. Thank you Blindsource for the wonderful work you've done.
