Pella came out to do some repairs on some older version Windows and doors. First technician fixed everything except for one window where he needed parts that were likely to not be found due to the age.. he was going to look for the parts and the office was to follow up. . I had not heard from them in couple weeks when suddenly they called me back, indicating the technician was no longer with the company and they would like to come back out to follow up on that last window and take care of me. Had a difficult bay window to replace and the wonderful salesman Brett Hanson worked with me for several weeks until we came up with the best solution. He never gave up he has called me for several years every few months until I was ready to replace it not once ever did he pressure me.
