It has been one full year since I had all the windows in my home replaced and had the new windows installed by Jade Contracting. Therefore, I have experienced every season Colorado has to offer. Don is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He kept me informed of each stage of the project and what was to be expected. He was very honest and informed me of potentialities on specific more challenging windows in my home. Even after the project was completed, Don was accessible and answered questions I had. I was definitely in good hands with this company. It would be an understatement to say I’ve not noticed a significant difference in my home and the benefits the window installation has made. For example, when winter rolled around, I noticed the temperature in my home was evenly distributed throughout, and not colder downstairs and warmer upstairs as it had previously been. My furnace did not turn on as much, subsequently saving me money on my heating bills. And the overall reduction of street noise was a pleasant surprise. “CMC was great to work worth. I had a kitchen wall with a slider door, section of wall, and window removed with a new header and much larger glass door system installed. Lisa Valdez was a pleasure to work with. Lisa provided me multiple options based on my dimensions and was easy to communciate with. Justin and his install team were clean, curtious of my home, and got the job handled quickly. Within a week of door installation I had a seamless transition to the finish crew coordinated by the office. Drywaller got everything textured, then within a week call for the painter to finish. “Ok I’ve been wanting to put in an egress window forever because my realtor said the increase in home value would be 10-$15,000 but after researching contractors I never did it because of cost.However, after seeing the “Brighter Basements” diy kit and video I pulled the trigger it was so easy and the kit was far better than the old way where you need to put in a wooden frame and header. “I had Simon Brothers restore my roof after a bad hail storm. They helped me with the insurance claim process and made it really easy. When it came time to do the work it only took one day from start to finish. The crew came at 7:30 a.m. and were finished by 3:30 the same day. I didn't have to deal with the noise and mess for days on end. I couldn't believe how fast they were and they picked up every single nail, I haven't found a single one. “Very happy with our new Hardie siding installed by 5280 Exteriors! Our original contractor took 5 months to get back to us with a quote and 3 months later, still gave us the run around on when he could start. We called 5280 Exteriors and they were able to start our project within 2 weeks and it was done in a week! We should have called them much sooner but most Denver-based companies refuse to come to our area in Pine but it wasn’t a problem at all for them. Bryce was great to work with and any minor concerns were handled immediately. Highly recommend this company!“
