“I have used this business from the time I moved here, CO. The last time I used them was due to a dog accident (potty training - poop in the room). I then decided to clean the high traffic area, living room, hallway and bedroom, the living room and hallway looked good, however, when he went in the room I think he quit working and did NOT clean the room. The stain, and oder were still there. I called, he came back w/ a 1/2 bottle of deodorizer (LOL) and an apology. He than cleaned the room.I called today to schedule another cleaning and asked if they still had the same employees, and told the rep of my last encounter, and she said, I quote: “find another place”. WTH? Really? Will do. You just lost my business.UPDATE: 1. I apologize for the delay on this update.2. A day or so after posting this 1 star review I received a call from a gentleman saying he was the owner. ? (my first thought was “yikes”) However, he was SO kind and apologetic over my encounter. He offered to clean the selected areas for free. Both my husband and I offered to pay more than once he declined and let us know THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS and want them to be 100% satisfied. Well, this gentleman knows how to run a company and truly cares about his customers.
