He was very accommodating and ensured what I requested was met, as the entire service was top tier. The pet treatment was worth the extra fee, it did exactly what you’d expect it to. Joe did an amazing job! He stretched and cleaned our builder grade carpets that were not properly installed. They had been wrinkled for years and looked terrible. I cannot get over how nice they look. They truly look better than they did when they were brand new.Also, we needed to have this done within a very short timeframe, due to a "surprise" military move. Most people I called were unable to accommodate our schedule. Joe provided a quote over the phone, and was here two days later.Not only did he do a great job, his prices are great. I love this company so much because they are timely and very profession. I’ve used them several times over the past year. Most recently, my toddler painted (with actual paint) our carpets green and I was so scared it was ruined permanently, but they were able to remove the paint.
