On time, told me the plan, worked the plan. Various stains are no longer visible. Took care to protect wall corners. Price was not a surprise after the phone estimate during scheduling.

Colton was very professional. He called to let me know he was on the way, made sure to wear booties to cover his shoes, informed me on treatments for pet stains along with the cost and answered any questions I had. I was working and he was very respectful and knocked when he needed anything. He went above and beyond, was efficient with his time and overall a really good employee.

I was very pleased with the professional way Tyler handled the cleaning of the carpets at my house. He is an excellent employee and representative of Zeroez. He fully explained the procedures he would be using. And explained to me, in a way that I understood, how my invoice was calculated pursuant to the coupon I was using for this service. I appreciated him taking the time to do this.
