First time walking in yesterday - barely, with my foot pain I was going in with. Quick, positive, and polite check-in, no wait (it was about 12:30 pm on a Tuesday, so probably not uncommon). Doctor was thorough, but listened to my experience with my pain, and gave me credit for knowing what was happening with my body, and how my various doctors over the years have handled it. Unlike so many other Urgent Care's in the past, I didn't have to argue my point. Appointment done and prescription acquired within 45 minutes of going through the front door. Highly recommend.
From check in to care to discharge, this facility and staff were the gold star of care. The staff really does care to get you better while. I did check in close enough to closing and was feeling bad about it but the staff was beyond friendly and understanding. No one ever wants to go to urgent care but if you need to go, this is the place. I'd give 10☆ if possible
