Staff was courteous, let me know the wait time ahead of me, addressed my questions about coverage and once I was back for the visit, they were extremely efficient at processing my care. Josh was very personable and concise. Dr. Shannon Amirie was lovely when evaluating my allergic reaction and after the assessment administered my first dose of medication so I would not need to wait for a prescription fill. Overall great care on a Friday evening!
Michael Clevely NP is a fantastic provider! My Urgent Care visit was thorough and not rushed at all. Michael validated my concerns, patiently listened to my health complaints and included my opinions to create a plan for my ongoing care. He made me feel comfortable and extremely valued. He has followed up twice to check on my status and to deliver test results. Michael is personable and professional. This is the exact type of health care provider that I would follow to a new practice.
I went there due to an allergic reaction--something I'd never previously experienced. I was able to see their medics very quickly. They were great. Two days later, I'm feeling much better.
