Went here for concerns of fever, back pain, and chills. The staff were amazing and really cared about my health. They ran numerous tests and updated me every time new information came out from my labs. I've only visited this location twice but I am confident that I am in good hands at this Urgent Care location. PA Thornbloom and the rest of the team in the Urgent Care really care about their patients.
So this is a good review. But for context—
I’ve had horrific experiences at this urgent care previously.
But on September 7th 2025 between 9-1130AM I had the best experience ever at Kaiser Urgent care. Dr. Sharma was nice, competent and quick and helped with a side issue, the 3 nurses who helped were all soooo sweet, Khadija in CT was soooo sweet too. The triage nurse with the curly hair was also lovely.
Seriously. Idk what changed. But it went from a 0 star traumatizing place to go that made me cry every time to feeling cared for, valued, and supported. :)

Thank god for these folks. My dad, who has alzheimer’s, was unable to walk on 4th of July. They took him right in, were communicative and kind, ran tests on site, got results in a reasonable timeframe and we were out in under 2 hours or so. Unheard of! It’s a very new, very clean facility. The doctor walked through a care plan with us, took lots of time to answer questions and explain her recommendations. The nurses put us right at ease, were gentle and patient with my dad and were just really grateful. To everyone who was on on July 4, thank you.
