“Justin was INCREDIBLE! He asked me what i wanted, but found me Exactly what i NEEDED. He hyped me up along the way, let me try on as many glasses as possible. The lady at the front doesnt have mannors but ig thats how it is when you get old. idk? id be the same way lol. ANYWAYS even the tech was incredible, i cant remember his name but the guy with the dreads and glasses was INCREDIBLY professional and oso serious, geeze, i thought he could have been the Eye Dr. the way he came in on buisness. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, Dr. Souadi ! Wow what a great experience testing my eye sight. He was patient, kind and caring! Exceptionally personable and even took extra time to teach me a few things about the eyes. I didnt feel rushed one bit the entire time i was there, and also did not feel forgotten about, which is an incredible balance to maintain.. It can be hard to reach the office when its busy . but its not always busy.. if you miss an appointment, its not like you get banned from returning lol , they give grace and kindness. Ive been comming here since i was 16 and will probably never go anywhere else.!!”
