Justin was INCREDIBLE! He asked me what i wanted, but found me Exactly what i NEEDED. He hyped me up along the way, let me try on as many glasses as possible. The lady at the front doesnt have mannors but ig thats how it is when you get old. idk? id be the same way lol. ANYWAYS even the tech was incredible, i cant remember his name but the guy with the dreads and glasses was INCREDIBLY professional and oso serious, geeze, i thought he could have been the Eye Dr. the way he came in on buisness. I was really impressed with my visit today! Theo was wonderful at his job, efficient and personable. Dr. Souadi was thorough but didn’t waste my time. I would absolutely see them again!
10 out of 10 shopping experience. I came here the other day when women were working I don’t know their names but they were so rude and dismissive. I look at the other refuse and I can tell you the gentleman that we’re working today or not working those days. When these men are working, it was such a pleasure to be here. The shopping experience was a pleasure they were very kind and efficient and professional. I’m so grateful when I deal with customer service workers like this.
