“Thank you, Tate! One of the screws holding my lens in place fell out and I took it in to the optical department. Tate couldn't have been nicer or more courteous when I showed him my problem. He told me he'd fix it while I was doing my other shopping. Turns out, it wasn't a simple fix and Tate had to do a pseudo-custom job trimming a longer screw to fit. He didn't charge me anything and was just pleased that I no longer was holding my glasses together with a twist-tie. It sure made my day! (btw - nice ink, Tate.)“

Every person from the front desk attendant, to the woman who prepped me for the doctor, the doctor, and the man who checked me out were lovely and helpful.
