Dr. Moore is well experienced, pleasant, patient, and highly skilled and talented. She supports the entire referral process to make certain patients are in good hands. The office manager is helpful with adjustments so glasses fit properly. The staff is pleasant, professional, helpful with scheduling, helpful with insurance, and helpful in finding the right glasses. They take the time to explain things so patients understand, in English or in Spanish. Followup care is timely and accommodating. There are many nice frames to choose from at various price points. One patient with AMD says an ophthalmologist calls Dr. Moore truly an artist because the patient can still read and see detail with the glasses she provides. The care has made a huge difference in a patient's life. This is the most customer service friendly office, and patients are forever grateful.
It's been several years since I've seen an optometrist and I was still using glasses and contacts with a prescription that was probably 5-6 years old. I came in, was called back right away, and was met with kindness and no judgment. Dr. Moore was one of the nicest doctors I've ever interacted with, and the ladies at the front were just as great. The contacts I was given were also the most physically comfortable lenses I've ever worn. I highly recommend this office!
