From the check-in to the final order, the entire staff of MyEyeDr was friendly and extremely helpful. Will greeted us at the front counter, by name, and quickly sorted out our complicated insurance. Sharon was kind and efficient getting my teen through the preliminary screenings and setting him at ease. Dr Vu was friendly and genuinely interested in helping my son find the best solution for his vision problems. Luke was a genius at finding the perfect frames for my son, giving a degree of personalized service I've never seen in any medical office. All around, a fantastic experience.
I loved my experience at MyEyeDr. on Cornerstar Way. From the moment I entered, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and had an amazing personality.
Dr. Vu, the optometrist, was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Luke, the optician, was knowledgeable and helpful. Sharon and Victoria, the technicians, were also wonderful and made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable.

I’ve always worn glasses and have shopped for frames many times. I always wondered why sales people didn’t try to help me find the right frames for my face. They just sat and waited for me to “pick something out.” Today, Finally, Luke V. at MyeyeDr, was the most helpful associate ever. He took into account my face shape, my brow line, my taste and my style. (And my budget.) SO helpful! Thanks Luke!
