However, in previous visits, I have been treated very poorly by one of the medical assistants on several occasions by the same person (you have the report). However, they have reassigned me to her on other occasions because they didn't have another person available. It's worth noting that this person knows I reported her, and she knows it, which is NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I understand that other people have reported her as well. I appreciate your attention and hope you take some action regarding this matter.“

Appointments are easy to book.
If you like to spend a lot of time socializing with your dentist, this might not be the place for you as it's very efficient (I know some people do love that).“

I posted this review about 5 years ago ! I went in today to have a crown replaced.
When I came to post a comment today I saw this old review, and I thought that it still applies for today’s visit. I had my procedure done today , totally pain free, fast , and comfortable. The Doctor and staff are still great ! I just wanted to say again how awesome everyone here is. Friendly, very polite, and totally professional. They really do care about your comfort. Everyone is so nice but a special shout out to Susie, one of the best hygienists ever !

What an amazing place to go for any dental procedures. From the people at the front desk to the hygienists and doctors, they are so friendly, polite, and caring. I have had bad experiences in the past, growing up in England and was always,well, apprehensive, scared, call it what you will. These people and this place is great. I just had a crown done and it was absolutely pain free, didn’t even feel the shots of Novocain! I go here now on a regular basis for cleanings etcetera. They are so nice! Ok
I don’t usually do reviews, and when I do I tell it like it is. I would highly recommend Aurora Family Dentistry to anyone looking for that special, hard to find, caring, really good dental office. It took me years of trying different dental practices in the Aurora Colorado area before finding this place. My whole family now go there. If you are one of those people, like I was, who don’t like going to the dentist, please try here and like me, they will change your mind with their caring and gentle work. Excellent results, no pain, honest.“

“Dr. Gutberg and team are amazing. I miss Fran, she was my favorite hygienist that I saw for years. I'm back at the practice even though it is a bit of a drive for me for two main reasons: The staff is happy. The dentist is amazing and patient. I have yet to meet my new hygienist but I have no doubt they will be great.“

“I am 26 super afraid of the dentist and have had bad experiences with other dentist places because my teeth are not that great and I have super sensitive teeth. Coming here they made me feel so comfortable even though yes it hurt a little they gave me tips on taking better care of my teeth and acknowledged I was in pain and were patient they didn’t rush me more make me feel bad about my teeth. So if you’re unsure of trying a new dentist place you should definitely try this one. I’m definitely sticking to this place“

“Today I had an emergency excruciating tooth ache on a molar I knew was going bad for a while. I called Aspenwood Dental and told them how much pain I had and asked if they could get me in right away. They bent over backwards to rearrange some schedules and got me in to see my favorite dentist, Dr. Lisa Augustine. She is an angel in Dentist Clothes. We ended up having to pull the tooth. The whole process was pain free! Yes, Pain Free! All of the dentists at Aspenwood Dental have been especially kind, sympathetic and do such great dental work. You won't be disappointed choosing them for your dental needs.“
