I was extremely impressed with the level of technology and analytical equipment used by the staff there. Everyone was super friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. I can honestly say I can't wait to go back and see them again.”
“Getting new frames is a big deal...a daunting task since I know I'll be staring at this decision everyday whether in the mirror or photos I'm in... The folks at Optical Matters are so great at their job. Dr. Gosling is personable and has taken care of my eyes for years. Dana made the frame selection SO easy for me...she knows her designs well. Anyway--instead of being a chore, this is a pleasant place to visit AND I got great help in picking frames out.<br><br>Addendum: a big shout out to Lisa Rollins at Optical Matters for her amazing customer service. My frames broke and I needed new lenses in my Rx sunglasses before a cycling trip. Within 10 days, Lisa helped me find my discontinued frames, changed out my lenses and expedited my sunglass order. Honestly, such amazing customer service is rare these days. Just another reason why I love this optometrist office...Dr. Gosselin AND amazing staff.”

I'm happy to report it did!<br><br>I had repeated problems with dry eyes that got bad enough around the holidays that I decided to go in for a thorough eye exam and try to understand what was happening with my vision.<br><br>Dr. Van Meter and the staff here were thoughtful, kind, and informative every step of the way. Dr. Van Meter was diligent, thorough, and most importantly helpful.<br><br>He helped me understand the root cause of my dry eyes and also noticed that I was using reading glasses to compensate for a condition I didn't even know I had. He prescribed me a pair of glasses that has made a world of difference for me. I can see and work much more effectively now without constant eye strain. The high-quality coatings on the prescription lenses make them much easier to take care of than cheap pharmacy readers too.<br><br>When I first walked into this practice, I didn't understand what was wrong with my vision, and I was anxious about it.
