“Update after another year of frequent visits:
I’ve been a client of Healing Hands Inc. for over a year and have had many 90-minute sessions, including cupping add-ons and prenatal massages. Echo Haines is incredibly experienced and professional. Her work is consistently excellent across different types of massage, including prenatal.
She takes the time to ask about my needs at every visit and works on stress knots I didn’t even know existed ? I always schedule my next appointment before leaving because her calendar fills up fast.
Echo is the owner of Healing Hands Inc., and I always leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and so much better in my body. I can’t recommend her enough.

Previous review: Paola was great with the service I requested. I needed focus on my neck, shoulders and lower back and she did a great job in helping me relax and worked well on the knots I had. She asked me the pressure I prefer since it was my first visit and she checked on me throughout if I was liking the pressure or the treatment. I also tried cupping for the first time, which Paola performed very well. The cupping helped to further relax my shoulders and back. I would recommend Healing Hands and Paola for your next massage appointment.
P.S. If it’s your first time, get there five minutes early to find the exact entrance on time. I used another door and walked in the building to find the exact location.“

Semmie was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. I was impressed with all these extra things that she did such as foot bath infused with Epsom salt and Vitamin C, warm jade stone therapy, a rejuvenating head and jade facial massage, and completed with a refreshing cooling globe finish for total relaxation! It's been a few months since I last spoke with someone, and since then my shoulder pain has progressively come back. Sometime late October, I needed to reschedule an appointment due to work issues, and I left a voicemail. About a month or so of waiting and I got a call back, they wanted to follow up. I asked if I could finally reschedule and the lady said something like my file was no longer valid and I needed approval. She was gonna ask around and get back to me. That was in November, and for a bit now I've noticed the pain coming back. I don't think my therapy was complete, and due to miscommunication, I'm back to square one.“

“I have been so pleased with the facials I have been getting with Sasha for a few months now. You can tell she is passionate about what she does - she stays up to date on the latest research and products in esthetics and is bringing that knowledge to her clients. She individualizes the treatment based on my unique needs. Additionally, she is an absolute delight to be around and I feel fully comfortable and at ease during my appointments.
The studio is lovely - while it’s unique for a beauty salon to be within a multistory office, as a result, the views from the 10th floor in the customer lounge and from some of the rooms are gorgeous. There is always ample parking in the free parking garage so that is never a concern either. Camie always greets me by name as I come in and is very kind.“

“Had a wonderful experience with the FYZICAL Therapy. The entire staff was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and easy to work with which really makes an impact when you’re dealing with the stress of injuries/pain. I primarily worked with Willie and Monica who were incredible, but also had the pleasure of getting to work with Cheyenne, Chris and David. Everyone has their own strengths and I felt like I got so much out of each session (and learned a lot). Jesse and Rain at the front desk were also so nice, very knowledgeable, efficient and on top of scheduling and insurance needs, so I never had issues with billing or uncovered sessions.

I didn’t get to try the massage therapy offered there, but I’ve heard great things about the therapists and will most likely try it in the future to help with maintenance.

Dani guided me though the communication needed to have a successful session and I left feeling absolutely amazing. The pain was gone. She has an innate sense of the pressure and depth needed to really get into an area, but without going too hard, something which I've found so many massage therapists lack.
