Aren't You Worth It? takes the Mind * Body * Soul approach to massage therapy, treating conditions ranging from TMJD and Frozen Shoulder to PTSD and Anxiety. Before the first treatment, an intake is completed to ensure the correct modalities are used to address the symptoms and get to the root. Clients praise the therapists as absolutely amazing, therapeutic, and healing, providing a relaxing environment and great aftercare. Barb is simply amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and massage therapy techniques. She’s also highly intuitive and absolutely incredible at targeting the areas where you may have discomfort. I always leave feeling better. Can’t say enough good things about her practice and her (she’s a true gem).
