“Edit: Shortly after posting this, Arielle reached out, then I talked with Maddie directly (clinic director). Both apologetic and worked quickly to get me back in. Speaks volumes when a clinic wants to make it right for their patients. The past 4 visits back have been very helpful. I'll bump up the stars.

It's been a few months since I last spoke with someone, and since then my shoulder pain has progressively come back. Sometime late October, I needed to reschedule an appointment due to work issues, and I left a voicemail. About a month or so of waiting and I got a call back, they wanted to follow up. I asked if I could finally reschedule and the lady said something like my file was no longer valid and I needed approval. She was gonna ask around and get back to me. That was in November, and for a bit now I've noticed the pain coming back. I don't think my therapy was complete, and due to miscommunication, I'm back to square one.“

“I had a great experience , felt comfortable, very friendly employees , encouraging better habits , and also making sure you stay on track… I’ve learned a lot of information about my own body and it’s been a game changer for me personally. “Had a wonderful experience with the FYZICAL Therapy. The entire staff was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and easy to work with which really makes an impact when you’re dealing with the stress of injuries/pain. I primarily worked with Willie and Monica who were incredible, but also had the pleasure of getting to work with Cheyenne, Chris and David. Everyone has their own strengths and I felt like I got so much out of each session (and learned a lot). Jesse and Rain at the front desk were also so nice, very knowledgeable, efficient and on top of scheduling and insurance needs, so I never had issues with billing or uncovered sessions.

I didn’t get to try the massage therapy offered there, but I’ve heard great things about the therapists and will most likely try it in the future to help with maintenance.

“We've been using this service for a couple of years and I can't believe it has taken me this long to leave a review! We've had a couple of PT people we didn't click with and we simply requested new ones. They were very thoughtful of my mom's preferences and the fact we have dogs at home that are part of our daily lives so they are also involved in my mom's sessions, which they love! My mom has parkinson's so this has become a more permanent part of our lives and I couldn't be happier with the company that we chose to take this journey with. Rod Rodriguez is wonderful to work with and very compassionate. I highly recommend giving this place a chance if you need PT at your home. If you don't like something, communication with them is key. They can't fix what they don't know.“
