My 12 year old daughter and I see Jeff almost regularly (as regular as our schedule allows) for the 30 minutes stretch session. My daughter does a lot of tumbling and grew very fast so her muscles are having a hard time catching up with her growth. The stretching sessions help her do tumbling better. I am a very active and athletic person that tends to overdo it sometimes. Jeff has helped me stretch my hip flexors and it releases my tightness in the low back. The cupping work that he does, is very helpful as well! He’s very professional and knowledgeable.

Jeff is an amazing therapist! I've been seeing him for a few years now and he always delivers an excellent deep tissue massage while paying attention to all of my "troubled spots". He is very knowledgeable and practices several different modalities. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an Therapeutic Massage!!

I received a fantastic sports massage from Jeff yesterday. As an extreme sports athlete, I was looking for more than just a relaxing vacation massage. I needed relief from serious back pack. Jeff certainly understood the assignment. He was not afraid to apply the intense pressure needed for me feel relief from my back pain and he went through several motions to help free up my lower back and hips as well.
