I’ve been doing PT here for almost 4 weeks - I have an acutely herniated disc in my lower back along with some bulges and stenosis, and was referred here after a very bad flare up that landed me in the ER. I was skeptical and so, so scared I’d move the wrong way and end up back in a flare up. But Kit has been absolutely amazing and a huge influence on my recovery; she supports me physically and mentally when I’m having a bad anxiety day. Dr Abbott is also amazing and helped me understand my MRI results, and gave me medications in case my back starts to go into a spasm again.
