“The most amazing massage I have ever had. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. It’s everything that comes together. Firstly Patty is an absolute delight with a warming smile that is contagious. Next the place is incredibly clean, smells of wonderful lemon. The massage table is incredibly comfortable and the right temperature. Patty checks your latest issues and where to focus. Then the massage begins and wow, gets into all the right places getting out knots in muscles. Honestly when it is done I feel phenomenal. Then you end it with a coconut water and your day is absolutely made. This is not only one of the best massages but even a top life experience to have. “While my chiro was on maternity leave, I decided to try Applewood for a neck issue that was unresolved after 6 weeks of other chiropractors and remedies. After a few appointments with Arian, the neck felt 80% improved. Between that and a brain entrainment practice for three days in a row (YouTube video/audio with earphones in), it is now 100% and has not returned in two plus weeks!
Tammy is so kind and helped answer some initial questions before my first appt. The pop-in no-appointment-needed method is so great. I never wait long and the treatment is swift also. And the “physical therapy” or massage support they offer after the adjustments is also helpful (though I had to say to go lighter by >50% as it was too intense and made me tense up).

I don't use the words “magical” or “miracle worker” lightly, but they are honestly the words that come to mind when I think about what her work has done for me. I am profoundly grateful for her and for the healing and transformation I have experienced through our sessions.
