They do their job fast and only ask about laser hair pain that I might be experiencing. They can be very flexible with rescheduling throughout the same day of the appointment. They call before an appointment to confirm.“

The manager of the spa explained that the spa employee that confirmed my reservation was “new” and didn’t explain the process correctly.
