“I've been seeing Dr. Ryan and Keegan for about 8 years now, and saw Dr. Ryan very often as I'd try to max-out my allowed chiro visits each year back then (work benefit).

They are lifesavers, especially when I was working long 12 (13) hour shifts doing super stressful cubicle work. The tension I had was overwhelming. They always made me feel better, especially when I overworked myself and sneezed wrong and threw out my back, I couldn't walk right for days and finally got well enough to (limping) visit Dr. Ryan, the problem went away quickly, this happened twice. I also injured myself pushing too hard outside of work, they definitely, noticeably, and instantly helped with that every time and speeded recovery.

I'm no longer doing the cubicle work anymore, but I still work intensely and definitely still need to visit often. It's hard to function without them. The pain relief is real here.

I've also had 3 different chiropractors before Dr. Ryan (over the course about another 10 years, cubicle work began early in my life), and he's the best. The other were good too.“

From the lush, vined walls of Barbara's studio, to the sounds of waves crashing in the ocean, I enjoyed one of the best massages in my 61 years of life! I appreciated the initial 15-minute get to know you interview first before my first 60 minute session where Barbara and I realized we shared the same name and astrological sign! Barbara puts you at ease with her charming and warm personality and then uniquely offers you a choice of scented oils and creams you would like her to use on your body. My faves were the pineapple and gardenia! She sang a beautiful Hawaiian chant followed by guided breath. Barbara applied the perfect pressure and paid attention to my entire body, utilizing hot stones and warm, heated compresses. She even applied a warm, toweled eye and ear mask when lying on my back. At the end of the massage, Barbara offered snacks and water and a spray bottle of pineapple scented lotion to take home with me! I can't wait to sign up for the monthly membership (10% off too!) so I can treat myself to these wonderful massages all year long! Thank you Barbara!!“
