Ricky was very professional, polite, and did excellent HVAC and gas line work. We had a major gas leak under our home near the furnace area, and he quickly inspected the lines, found the problem, and explained everything in simple terms. I’ve worked with Francis for a long time, and he has helped many people I know with heater repair and furnace service. When we got home with our newborn and found the furnace not working, he quickly made an emergency visit and got right on the heating issue.
