y'all my heater had the whole house sounding like a tin can rattling down the road. ricky stayed in contact before and after each visit, and technicians ricky and kaleb came out, diagnosed the furnace issue on the first trip, and finished the heater repair on the next one. my home in Aurora is quiet again, warming evenly, and the airflow from the vents is much better now. i also signed up for the service agreement, which feels like a really good value and not easy to find. i found this heating company to be a good, careful business, which is hard to find. 5 stars for on-time service, fair competitive pricing, close communication with the owner, a helpful webpage, and...read full review
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Total Comfort Heating & Cooling. It had been a very stressful week, and then our furnace stopped working when we needed reliable heat the most. They came out the same day and really saved the day. I needed to replace an older heating and HVAC system, so I looked for a local family-run heater repair and installation company. I called Ricky for an estimate, and he came out the very next day. He was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. After carefully checking the air handler, outdoor unit, vents, returns, and electrical panel, he explained what needed to be updated so the new system would run safely and efficiently and provide better airflow and more even heating throughout the house.
